Our coaching can be one-on-one for staff or management/executive teams based on an incident or to prevent one from happening.  Especially when behavior or decisions have not been aligned with a company’s diversity/inclusion core values or social responsibility.  Our clients are not always involved in lawsuits or grievances, but want to reinforce their leadership skills and knowledge-base around issues of diversity and bias/harassment prevention.  Our contracts typically cover one-to-one coaching over a period of approximately six months in order to review and support fundamental change.
