The focus is on unconscious bias, the effects of stereotyping and prejudging, and how employees’ actions and reactions can result in costing your company money in compensatory damages, a diminished brand, etc.   This highly-interactive training is composed of several group activities and simulations.  Although the fundamental concepts of the presentations are established, there are portions that are customized to fit the needs of the client.  Each client is given an evaluation meeting to identify gaps or target areas to place emphasis on during the training.
