The Second Line Leadership Alliance is a six month executive program, ideal for professionals committed to creating inclusive and equitable policies and framework for their organization.
A Global Approach
The Second Line Leadership Alliance program will help you identify the talents and unique characteristics of your team while simultaneously developing a leadership pipeline within your organization. Outcomes will be linked to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and include an internal SWOT assessment, updated DEI Policy Statement, and a sustainable strategic plan with metrics.
This program is delivered experientially through industry-leading speakers, interactive and simulated activities, and facilitated small group dialogue. Each monthly session, lead by subject matter experts, will cover fundamental topics from ethics to systemic challenges, with an intentional focus on managing differences, including best practices and evidence-based strategies for addressing relevant topics. Participants will acquire substantial knowledge and skills to develop, reinforce, and support equity and inclusion within their organizations. We will provide participants the opportunity to leverage their knowledge, and apply new found skills that will influence the organization's bottom line.
